Sarah worked with Unthinkable Digital<\/a> and Platform 3<\/a> on developing a first class digital home for the galleries and their art programmes with a new responsive and striking design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In 2014 Sarah conducted user testing for the Serpentine Galleries uncovering fundamental user needs that helped shape design and development ambitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n During the second half of the year, Sarah led an iterative UX led project with Platform 3 and designer Alan Woo to implement user-centric recommendations to dramatically improve the site’s performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We transformed the website’s homepage to allow for full screen features as well as introduced more hierarchy of content, with a clear and simplified navigation that vastly improved the user experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sarah devised UX recommendations based on conducting testing and qualitative research with real gallery attendees.
